The transmission was in fact dead after Pennsic. Getting it fixed kept me home over Labor Day, one of the better selling weekends. I was all set to go to Meridies yesterday, when barely an hour into the trip, I had a tire go flat. Getting it changed took more than an hour and a half, which would have put me into Tennessee at 3am. My spare was less than ideal, and I was mentally and physically exhausted from changing the tire. At that point, it was smarter to come home.
So a month without event sales, two of three apartments empty, and money now is starting to become an issue.
